Toby Buck, an accomplished executive with a rich background in engineering and finance, boasts a distinguished educational journey from Purdue University, Harvard’s Executive Development Program, and the MIT Birthing of Giants Program. With 30 years of experience across aerospace, automotive, and medical device sectors, Buck founded Paragon Medical in Pierceton, a global leader in orthopedic medical devices, serving as its Executive Chairman.

His career spans Fortune 100 companies, managing 11 manufacturing sites across the U.S. and Pacific Rim. A veteran, Buck has contributed to various corporate boards, including OrthoWorx, The Royal Bank of Scotland, Solvay, and more, reflecting his diverse expertise. Currently, he is on the boards of Kenall Manufacturing and Purdue University’s School of Biomedical Engineering.

Buck’s leadership has earned him accolades such as the 1998 Entrepreneur of the Year and the 2004 Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year in Indiana’s life sciences. He also lends his vision to Topikos Scientific as an outside director, marking a career defined by innovation and service.
